The Customer may request to reschedule the Booking by providing written notice to Caring Magnificent Hearts & Testing Facility LLC. at least 5 business days prior to the originally scheduled date.
APPROVAL: Rescheduling request are subject to approval by Caring Magnificent Hearts Testing Facility LLC., and availability on the desired new date.
DEPOSIT TRANSFER:
. Within ( 7 days): If Booking is rescheduled within 5 business days of the original date and approved by Caring Magnificent Hearts Testing Facility the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
. Beyond 5 business days: If the Booking is rescheduled Beyond 5 business days of the original date, or if Caring Magnificent Hearts Testing Facility, is unable to accommodate the new date. the deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of Caring Magnificent Hearts Testing Facility LLC.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Rescheduling may be subject to a Rescheduling fee of 10%, particularly for request made within 5 business days of the original date.
NO SHOWS: Failure to appear for the Appointment without prior notice will be considered a cancelation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of either party (e.g, natural disaster, pandemic) , Caring Magnificent Hearts Testing Facility will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Appointment without penalty to the Customer.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Accuracy in scheduling is crucial for seamless service delivery. Should you identify a discrepancy in your booking details, prompt communication is essential. Please notify us immediately on the day of booking if the date, time, name, or service listed is incorrect. This allows us to rectify any errors and ensure your appointment proceeds as planned. Your proactive engagement helps maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our scheduling process.
