Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for withdrawal or Cancellation of Service and Financial Transactions for CPR Clients:


  • 1. **Notice Period**: A minimum of 7 days' written notice is required for cancellation of service or withdrawal of funds.
  • 2. **Refund Policy**: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving a cancellation request. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • 3. **Transaction Fees** Clients are responsible for any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
  • 4. ** Dispute Resolution** Any disputes arising from withdrawal or cancellation of service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ohio /United States.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • By using our online appointment booking service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • 1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
  • 2. Refund Policy: If we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
  • 3. Withdrawal of Service: If you wish to withdraw from our service, please provide written notice to our customer support team. 
  • 4. Financial Refund: All refunds will be processed in the original payment method used.
